We are more than excited that our house is under contract but cautiously optimistic that the Due Diligence date of May 7th will find us equally as happy. Please stay tuned to our quest to have a new beginning. Karen & Jack

Now the work begins. Karen and I have literally had years to think about this as we not so patiently waited for our house to sell (40 months on the market). We will build the house ourselves, just as we built the hangar (along with MANY good friends who pitched in to help). It will be a timberframe structure with exposed timber posts and beams. Our hope is to be able to complete it within 12 months, but that remains to be seen. We’re not as young as we once were!

Moving is hell! Hopefully, it’ll be a distant memory by this time next year.
